About Us

Set up in April 2006 QRM is run by director Barry Alford. Having spent most of our working lives in agriculture and its related supply industries redundancy, when our previous employer closed the machinery department in which we were employed, was the catalyst to go it alone. Good contact with supply companies known from our years in the machinery industry has allowed us to build up a wide range of equipment to offer our customers however we are constantly looking at new ideas to improve the line up we offer.

If you require a site visit or need a machine delivered or collected Chris is likely to be the face you will see while Barry can normal be found running the service department and supplying customers with spare parts.

With service being an important part of our operation we took the opportunity to employ Alan Kiff and Mike Pook two experienced mechanics both former colleges and well known in the local community. Alan is our specialist in 2 stroke engines (chainsaws strimmers etc.) and ATVs while Mike is kept busy with Lawn Mowers and Compact Tractors.

Finally the newest member of our team is Claire employed in March 2007 to answer the phone and keep the paper work (and other members of staff) in order.
